The painting above is for the upcoming art guitar show, Pamelina and the Masterbuilders and is the partner to the Los Angeles Graffiti Lipe guitar (left). It was built by masterbuilder Mike Lipe in 2009. He and Pamelina worked together on many guitars for the Ibanez's Custom Shop in the 90's. Prior to that, Pamelina began working with Mike Lipe when he was the Guitar Doctor in Burbank, Ca.
The painting was done with Liquitex acrylics on 24 x 36 illustration board. Posters will be made available soon.

The LAFD artwork shown here was designed for a Fred Stuart Rock-It-Tone as part of the Pamelina and the Masterbuilders art show. These are the Photoshop sketches for the guitar and accompanying painting.
Pamelina and Fred Stuart have worked together since the beginning of the Fender Custom Shop. Their first project together was the Velvet Elvis.
The painting will be done with Liquitex acrylics as a 24 x 36 painting. Check back soon for updated photos.
