This was a very special project for Pamelina. She grew up in the Monterey Bay and attended the Monterey Pop Festival where Jimi performed when she was only 7 years old. It seemed in every way that she was the right artist to do this project. She worked closely with John Page to do an interpretation of Jimi's artwork that the Hendrix family and Fender were pleased with. This guitar has gone on to beome one of the Fender Custom Shop's most highly collectible guitars.
