Photoshop. The art is worked on
in the computer until it's ready
to go to canvas.

Upper left - the background is completed and the wings and body of the dragon blocked in. Upper right - the wings and the tail are mostly done. Bottom left - detail of one of the wings. Right, the dragon's body is being detailed.
