The Catalina Island Blues Festival was a yearly event from 1997 to 2001 off the coast of southern California. A guitar was created every year, designed by John Page and Pamelina H., carved by George Amicay and painted by Pamelina H. Regina del Mare is based on tile artwork at the entrance of the Casino Ballroom.
