The pencil sketch was scanned into the computer and colors were added in Photoshop. The art is worked on in the computer until it's ready to go to canvas.

The background is completed and the wings and body of the dragon blocked in. Bottom left - detail of one of the wings. Right, the dragon's body is being detailed.

Pamelina decided to go with a simpler color scheme. This is the final Photoshop sketch with a new background and and a simpler sky that's less distracting to the central figure.

The wings and the tail are mostly done.
